  My daughters friend bought her a pumpkin spice latte and took it to her in school.As she was drinking it she could feel something banging about inside the cup,on opening the lid she found the whole cinnamon shaker from the shop inside.My daughter and her friend immediately took it back,the young assistant laughed and said,'Oh I thought I dropped something in it' WHAT????
  Unfortunately my daughter wasn't brave enough to ask for the manager and the lady offered to get her another drink.But wait!!!!! She used the same cup as before thankfully she took the cinnamon shaker out first though doh!!! what about the contamination of the cup after that being in there though.Then my daughter got in the car and drove off complaining to her friend that it didn't taste that nice to find on opening the lid that the cup was only half filled with ordinary latte so not even what she had originally paid for.I have tried to contact the manager of Starbucks Llanelli but without success
